Scheduling and Refunds Policy:

Once a session is paid for and scheduled, there are no refunds given for any reason. This includes canceling a session. Once a session or product is purchased, you may reschedule, but a refund for a canceled session will not be granted.

The information contained within your reading should at not time be regarded as legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial fact. Any actions taken by you, the client, as a result of your reading, are solely your choice and your responsibility. Alexander Kriech/Dog Star Oracle LLC accepts no responsibility for your own choices and actions made. 

Our services are not a substitute for professional services - legal, medical, or otherwise, and it is advised that you seek advice from a relevant qualified professional. 

You must be 18 years of age or older to use services.

Recording Policy:

While I offer a recording of your reading at no extra charge, these recordings cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes mistakes happen or there is an error in the software, so you are also welcome to record on your end. In the event a recording fails for any reason, the session will not be repeated and there are no refunds because a recording failed.

Most recordings are sent out the day of your session. It is your responsibility to download the recording before the file expiration date noted in the email. Once the link expires, the recording is no longer available.
