This Full Moon arrives on Oct 25 & 26, right at the mid-way point of the Venus Retrograde cycle. Just after Venus begins to emerge from the underworld after crossing through the purifying fires of the Sun, she enters her air sign home of Libra. Though still invisible in the night sky, Venus now sees a light at the end of the tunnel of this intense retrograde. The Full Moon itself is directly square Pluto, lord of the Underworld, the planet representing secrets, the shadow, and profound revelation. Themes relating to the shadowy underworld or revealing things previously hidden may dominate the news cycle during this time, but on a personal level, this can be a powerful time to release what no longer serves, just as Venus did in the heart of the Sun. You may also be encountering themes of power dynamics, or getting down to the root of an issue. Lastly, just moments before the Full Moon goes exact, Mercury also goes retrograde alongside Venus, in the sign of Scorpio. What does this mean for the collective and for your sign?

The Full Moon in Aries is here and she’s NOT playing around! The Full Moon is in the fiery, action-driven sign of Aries. Ruled by Mars in passionate, tender Cancer in its final degrees, this might represent an emotional conclusion to something in the Cancer or Aries sector of your chart. This also might represent a time to take action, to dance away some tension and move your body. At the same time, this lunation is also connected to Neptune. Neptune represents connection to higher realms and the great mysteries of the universe. You may be drawn inward - this is a powerful lunation to have Spirit speak to you through dreams, meditation, and creative visualization. However, Neptune is also a confusing, foggy influence, sometimes leaving us with more questions than answers. One thing seems clear, though - this Full Moon will be asking “what are you fighting for?” What motivates and inspires you? Learn what’s up in the cosmos in the collective and for your sign, plus a ritual to help you connect to this Full Moon’s energy.

The dramatic Lunar Eclipse in Pisces arrives August 27th, asking you to release, surrender, and heal - closing out a 2 year chapter that began in September 2024 with the first eclipse in this series.

This eclipse is also full of surprises, shocks, twists, turns, and breakthroughs. And no, this is not just hyperbole for the algorithm! This eclipse is also a Full Moon, and we might consider this one a Full Moon on steroids. Eclipses are already wild cards, and this one is doubly so as it is tightly square Uranus, the planet of liberation, disruption, and revolution, currently transiting the sign of Gemini. We might feel extra restless, we will want to break existing patterns, and bring in radical change into our lives. This could also just be dealing with a few curveballs we weren’t expecting.

Finally, at the same time, Mercury will be completing a cazimi in Virgo - a conjunction with the heart of the sun. There is a resetting of intentions, planning, making lists, and getting things in order.

In other words, this eclipse is BUSY.
